Cherry Mae Minguito leads our Sales and Marketing initiatives with unmatched enthusiasm and strategic insight. As the Sales and Marketing Director, she is the voice of Cube Tech Innovations, connecting our solutions with the people who need them most.
What sets Cherry apart is a rare blend of technical depth and people leadership. With more than seven years in the tech industry, she began as a software engineer and grew into project management—leading products from ideation through delivery while acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams. That hands-on background means she speaks both languages: she understands what it takes to build a product and how to communicate its value clearly to clients.
Before joining Cube Tech Innovations, Cherry led full-stack engineering teams on web and mobile applications, introduced automated testing practices, and modernized deployment workflows. She has delivered payment flows, real-time notifications, and analytics dashboards—experience that gives her a grounded perspective on timelines, scope, and quality when guiding sales conversations.
Cherry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (Cum Laude) from Asian College of Technology and a Master of Engineering Technology from Cebu Technological University. She also taught as an IT instructor at CTU–Main Campus, bringing real-world software and project experience into the classroom. She has volunteered with the Google Developers Group and honed her project leadership on the job—guiding Agile sprints, coordinating stakeholders, and mentoring team members through monthly one-on-ones. She brings the same care to people and process that she brings to every campaign.
Outside of work, Cherry loves to travel—whether exploring new cities or discovering quiet corners closer to home. Those trips are as much about people as places: she seeks out local markets, family-run shops, and farm stands, and makes a point of supporting small businesses and farmers along the way. It is her way of staying connected to the communities she visits and putting her values into everyday choices.
She also stays active on the court, playing badminton and tennis regularly. For Cherry, both sports are a welcome balance to a busy work life—good exercise, friendly competition, and time with people she enjoys being around.
